DeliveryWhen can I expect my goods once I’ve placed an order?
We normally do not keep stock and will manufacture orders based on customers’ selections of material and colour. On the product page for each item, you’ll see a dispatch estimate, eg. about 2 months. This is the expected time needed to manufacture and deliver the goods to you. Also note that we place our orders in batches once the timer hits zero, so if your order is placed at the beginning of the timer, you should expect the goods to take slightly longer.
What does the timer mean?
We work directly with selected manufacturers and group our orders into batches so that we can offer you designer furniture without the huge mark up. So when the timer hits zero, it means that we’ve collected all of the orders and sent them off to our furniture makers.
What happens if the timer runs out before I order?
Don’t worry if you missed out this time - the timer will just reset and you’ll be able to get in on the next batch. And although we do adjust our prices over time, it’s unlikely to change when the timer resets.
Do you charge for delivery?
We provide free delivery and installation for the Klang Valley area (KL/Selangor) for purchases more than RM1000. Outside Klang Valley, minimal charges based on weight and volume will be applied as indicated by the website during checkout.
Do you serve Sabah & Sarawak?
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. We will update this section once we decide to expand our market coverage.
How will I be informed of the status of my order?
We will send you notice on the status of your order. We will also call you to liaise the best time for delivery to your location.
Can I arrange for weekend delivery?
Delivery usually happens during weekdays (Mon - Fri). If you prefer Saturday delivery, please spell out your need at the check out section.
What happens if I’m not there when delivery is attempted?
Normally, we will call you to arrange for the delivery. If at the set time, you’re not around we will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are still not around, we will reschedule for another delivery. An additional delivery charge of RM100 will applied for a second delivery. However, if we miss the agreed delivery time due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will reschedule the second delivery for free.
What if I don’t like the product I ordered once it arrives?
We guarantee customer satisfaction but if you are not happy with the product, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us to notify that you wish to cancel the order, and depending on the goods concerned, we can either arrange for it to be collected or you can return the product to us. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you might need to pay for the cost of the item to be collected (see point 4 below for details). The delivery charges incurred on the related purchase will not be refunded. All related bank transaction charges will be deducted from your refund.
Goods returned should be of same quality as they are delivered. Any misuse or abuse that deteriorate the product quality will void the return policy.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives or a wrong item is sent?
Our specially-trained QC staff check your furniture to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. On top of that, we will also take a video of the goods delivered at site for reference. If you’re not happy with the goods when you inspect them, let our delivery staff know right away or note this on the form and contact us.
If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, just contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid, tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
The same 7 days grace period is applied here for damaged complaints.
Can I cancel an order if I Changed my mind?
You can change your mind anytime before the counter turn zero and reset to 30/31, just contact us and we will give you a full refund minus the bank transaction charges.
What do we charge to collect items?
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs. If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return or collection costs. A standard RM70 will be charge on each trip of collection from Klang Valley (Selangor / Kuala Lumpur). For outside of Klang Valley, the charge will be between RM150 to RM300 per trip.
Please note that the return and collection costs for items are generally higher than the delivery costs.How do we do the refund?
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. For example, If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will effect the refund in a few days.
