Designed to accompany the Egg Chair that was developed for the lobby and reception areas at the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, this footstool is both practical and stylish.
STURDY DURABILITYThe fiberglass frame is upholstered with a choice of fabric or leather, and is supported by a sturdy cast aluminum base. This footstool is a durable piece that will last for years to come.
INDEPENDENT DESIGN
Though the Egg chair stool complements the Egg Chair beautifully, it can also function as a stand alone stool, bringing style to any interior space.

Designed by Arne Jacobsen
DENMARK (February 11, 1902 - March 24, 1971) Influenced by Le Corbusier, Gunnar Asplund and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Jacobsen embraced a functionalist approach from the outset. He was among the first to introduce modernist ideas to Denmark and create industrial furniture that built upon on its craft-based design heritage. Jacobsen's work remains appealing and fresh today, combining free-form sculptural shapes with the traditional attributes of Scandinavian design, material and structural integrity.
