Our PH 3/2 Pendant Lamp replica is an homage to Poul Henningsen's work of art, with no association with the original producers.
MODERN WITH CLASSIC TOUCHES
Designed in 1958 by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, combines industrial chic with a touch 20th century space-age retro style. A lamp comprised of layers of aluminum in varying sizes, shapes and vibrant collurs that direct the light both vertically and horizontally, the PH 5 Pendant Lamp was originally designed by Poul Henningsen in his ground-breaking PH Lamps series which started 1925.
CONSTRUCTED WITH CAREThe fixture is designed based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system, which directs the majority of the light downwards. The shades are made of hand blown opal three-layer glass, which is glossy on top and sandblasted matte on the underside, giving a soft and uniform light distribution.

Poul Henningsen’s PH 3/2 Pendant (1927) is a member of the PH 3-shade family, a series of light fixtures designed by Henningsen to produce glare-free and economically distributed light. The three glass shades of the PH 3/2 Pendant Light are arranged in a relationship of 3:2:1, drawing their reflections over a logarithmic spiral, which places the light source directly in the spiral’s focal point. Allowing most of the light to reflect outward and downward from the matte undersides, the glass shades enable 12% of the light to penetrate and contribute to the overall room lighting. The result is a soft, evenly distributed glare-free glow. Bulb (not included): 75W/120V/A19. Made in Denmark by Louis Poulsen.
